Week 40: Adrian vom Baur
Adrian vom Baur is the featured artist for week 40 of the 'Fuck Yeah' 2026 comic calendar. He discusses the inspiration behind his dinosaur-themed illustration and his ongoing work with the Heavysaurus franchise.
The artist developed his concept of time-traveling tourists photographing dinosaurs after it was originally conceived for a JAZAM! anthology project. The illustration was created entirely digitally using a Cintiq tablet and Photoshop. Vom Baur is currently focused on expanding the Heavysaurus comic series and has a new children's book featuring dinosaurs scheduled for release in 2027. The 'Fuck Yeah' calendar is a collaborative project organized by Schlogger, Kwimbi, and Comic Solidarity.
