IDW Publishing Launches 'IDW Goes Dark' Horror Initiative at NYCC 2026
IDW Publishing is introducing a year-long horror initiative titled 'IDW Goes Dark' during New York Comic Con 2026. This project will bring horror-themed stories to various established franchises throughout 2027.
The publisher plans to release horror-focused content for properties including Sonic the Hedgehog, Star Trek, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Attendees at NYCC can visit booth #4551 to find exclusive ashcans and hear further announcements. A dedicated panel on Friday morning will provide additional details regarding these upcoming releases. The initiative also includes new original titles like Fatal Fest and The Twilight Zone.
