Jonathan Hickman Confirms He Will Not Reveal Original Krakoa Ending
Jonathan Hickman has stated he has no intention of revisiting or publishing his original, unfinished plans for the X-Men's Krakoa era. He believes doing so would disrespect the work of the creative teams who continued the story after his departure.

During a podcast appearance, Hickman expressed lingering disappointment about not completing his vision but emphasized that overwriting the subsequent work of his colleagues would be inappropriate. While he acknowledged the unique circumstances of the Krakoa launch, he defended the editorial team he worked with at the time. He noted that while he might include subtle nods to his abandoned ideas in future projects, he considers the Krakoa era's conclusion final. He remains protective of his former collaborators and prefers to let the published narrative stand.
