Comic Republic is a Nigerian multimedia organization dedicated to the digital distribution of original comic books. Their creative process centers on producing content that frequently incorporates African settings, mythology, and characters. One notable example from their library is the flagship character known as Guardian Prime. Beyond digital publishing, the company has expanded its reach through various media partnerships. For instance, they signed an agreement in 2021 to create a film adaptation of their title Ireti. Additionally, in 2023, Universal Content Productions announced plans to develop television series based on characters from the Vanguards collection. By focusing on indigenous storytelling and digital accessibility, the company continues to grow its presence in the global comics industry.
