Image Comics has officially announced a new ongoing series titled Roam, reuniting the creative team behind Paper Girls. Writer Brian K. Vaughan and artist Cliff Chiang are collaborating on this project, which marks their first new ongoing series together in over ten years. The debut issue is scheduled for release on February 24, 2027, and will feature an oversized 50-page story. The narrative focuses on the experiences of entering adulthood and searching for meaningful connections, set within an original world. The creative team also includes Matt Wilson and Jared Fletcher. Several issues have already been completed, and the first issue will be available in comic shops and on digital platforms with two cover options by Chiang.
