ComicStation Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ComicStation you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Content Policy. The service is provided by [CẦN XÁC NHẬN – TO CONFIRM: legal entity name, address].

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13. Under 16, you need a parent or guardian's consent.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Turn on two-factor authentication.
• Some features (18+ content, paid publishing, withdrawals) require you to be 18 or older.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give ComicStation a non-exclusive licence to store, display and distribute it to run the service. Translation and sale of translations are governed by the Creator Agreement.

4. Prohibited conduct

Breaking the Content Policy, copyright infringement, spam, fraud, harassment, malware, attacking or scraping the service, impersonation.

5. Xu and payments

• Paid Xu are bought with real money and used for reading and sponsoring translations.
• Bonus Xu are for reading and other activities only; they cannot sponsor translations or be cashed out.
• Xu are not cryptocurrency or a payment instrument. Refund policy: [CẦN XÁC NHẬN – TO CONFIRM].
• Sponsoring follows the Sponsor Terms.

6. Moderation

We may remove content and restrict or suspend accounts that break the rules. You can appeal at support@comicstation.store.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Account › Data & account. We may terminate accounts for serious violations.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows ([CẦN XÁC NHẬN – TO CONFIRM with counsel]).

9. Governing law

Vietnamese law; disputes go to the competent court in [CẦN XÁC NHẬN – TO CONFIRM], unless consumer law where you live says otherwise.
