Act 4 Publishing and Skybound Reveal Marvel Heroes by Gene Colan Artist’s Edition
Act 4 Publishing and Skybound are collaborating to release a massive, oversized collection of Gene Colan's iconic Marvel Comics artwork. The volume features complete stories and classic covers, arriving in comic shops in April 2027.
This 176-page Artist's Edition showcases Gene Colan's legendary work on titles like Captain America, Daredevil, and Doctor Strange. The book is scanned in color to preserve the nuances of the original art, including ink gradients and blue pencil marks. It includes three complete stories and two oversized foldouts. The collection will be available at comic shops on April 7, 2027, followed by a wider release at booksellers in May.
